Professional Title & Closing Services is a Florida title and closing company based in Hallandale Beach. We support Realtors, lenders, investors, buyers, and sellers with title, escrow, and closing services backed by secure technology and real closing professionals.

Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Title Sales Representative / Business Development professional based in Hallandale Beach, FL. This is a field-based outside sales role for a relationship-driven producer who can build referral relationships with Realtors, mortgage lenders, brokers, builders, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals across Florida.

This is not an inside admin role or passive account-management role. This is for someone comfortable prospecting, networking, making office visits, attending industry events, following up consistently, and asking for business.

Why This Role Is Different

You are not walking in with a single-service title pitch. You can lead with title and closing support, online ordering, instant quotes and net sheets, secure file access, remote closing options, 1031 exchange coordination, Florida LLC support, and insurance coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Build referral relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, attorneys, and real estate professionals
  • Generate new title and closing business through prospecting, networking, office visits, broker opens, events, and follow-up
  • Present a broader value story built around title, closing, secure tools, remote closing, investor support, and insurance coordination
  • Track leads, referral sources, opportunities, and follow-up activity in an organized way
  • Work with the closing team to protect the relationships you bring in after the handoff

Qualifications

  • Sales, business-development, or referral-relationship experience in title, real estate, mortgage, insurance, or a related field
  • Comfortable prospecting, networking, making office visits, following up, and asking for business
  • Working knowledge of residential or commercial real estate closings is helpful
  • Professional, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation

Commission + draw. The role is designed for a producer who can build real referral relationships and wants upside tied to the book they create.
