- Speak English and Spanish (a strong plus)

- Want an inside, administrative or desk-based position
- Prefer a fixed salary over pay tied to production
- Can’t work Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach in person with a valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation

It’s a strong advantage, not a requirement. Relevant experience in title, real estate, mortgage, insurance or referral sales matters most.
