The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Title Sales Representative / Business Development professional who can be based anywhere in the tri-county area: Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach.
This is a field-based outside sales role for a relationship-driven producer. You’ll build referral relationships with Realtors, mortgage lenders, brokers, builders, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals to generate title and closing business across purchase and refinance transactions.
What You’ll Do
- Build new referral relationships across the Florida real estate market.
- Generate title and closing business from agents, lenders, investors, builders, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
- Make office visits, attend broker opens, join networking events, and stay visible in the market.
- Present a broader value story: title, closing, Qualia order portal, online ordering, instant quotes and net sheets, remote closing, RON, 1031 support, FIRPTA filings, entity formations, insurance coordination, legal flips, simultaneous closings, sophisticated commercial transactions, and compliance expertise.
- Track leads, referral sources, opportunities, and follow-up activity.
- Work with our closing team to support the relationships you bring in after the handoff.
- Help referral partners look good by placing business with a team built for communication, secure tools, and clean execution.

Qualifications
- Sales or business-development experience in title, real estate, mortgage, insurance, or a related field.
- Existing Florida referral relationships are a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of residential or commercial real estate closings, including purchase and refinance transactions.
- Comfortable prospecting, networking, making office visits, following up, and asking for business.
- Professional, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using CRM, email, spreadsheets, and common sales tools.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus given our international clientele.
Compensation
Commission plus draw. This role is designed for a producer who wants upside tied to the referral book they build.
